大変申し訳ございませんが、購入して頂いた商品に不具合（ノイズが発生してしまう）が見つかりました。発送前の最終検品時に発覚いたしました。
お客様にこのような商品をお送りすることはできませんので、つきましては、多少お時間を頂いてしまいますが、原産国の日本から新たに商品を仕入れ、お客様に発送させて頂きたいと思うのですがいかがでしょうか？
日本から一番はやい航空便で発送し、お届けまでに５〜７日ほどかかります。

I'm very sorry but I found a failure on the item you purchased (makes noise). It was found out at the time of final inspection before shipping.
As I cannot send you such item, it takes little bit of time but I'd like to get new one from Japan which is the country of origin and send it to you, what do you think?
It will be sent by fastest airfreight from Japan, and it will take 5 to 7 days till delivery.
