私は注文があった際に発送はEMSもしくはSPAを使用しておりどちらも日本郵便のサービスで違いは荷物到着に掛かる日数です
またこれらは全てアメリカ国内でUSPSによって顧客に配達される
Valid Tracking R を正確に取得するためには発送の際のShipping Serviceを全てEMSと記入するべきですか？それともCarrierをother⇒USPSとするべきですか？

When comparing TD and MO, as I told before, there is a difference in the number of items ordered. So please check it.
When I got orders, I use EMS or SPA to ship. Both of them are Japan postal's services and the difference is just the days to deliver.
And also, the items that both service handled will be delivered by USPS to their customers.
To get correct Valid Tracking R, should I write EMS as Shipping Service whenever I ship? Or should I change the "Carrier" from "other" to "USPS"?
