「炉」と呼ばれる独特な乾燥機で乾燥させた、碾茶(テンチャ)
という物を、茎、葉脈を取り除き、石うすで挽き、
粉末化したものをいいます。
●お茶(煎茶)と抹茶の違いは？
煎茶はお湯で煎じて飲み茶殻を捨てるため、
緑茶に含まれている有効成分の約20％しか取れません。
抹茶は粉末状に挽いたお茶の葉そのものを飲むので、
お茶のもつ有効成分を100％摂取できます。
●有機栽培茶とは？
弊社が取り扱う抹茶は、有機栽培茶を使用しています。
