PRINCIPLE CONTRACT
After all the discussion, this contract is made out to confirm our term to next cooperation.
COMMODITY: FROZEN BOILED CUT OCTOPUS
RAW MATERIAL: Double Skin Octopus, size 100gr up, Whole Clean
FINISHED PRODUCT: Boiled Cut Octopus
PACKING: 1 kg/package x 10/carton = 20kg, net weight 95%
TRADE TERM: CNF (Cost and Fright)
PAYMENT: 100% T/T in advance.
Other Terms and Condition:
1.The raw material of the Boiled cut octopus must be double skin octopus.
2.There shouldn’t be any defect on the product, not the product that the buyer requested, or something unwanted is inside the product.
3.There are no any chemical usages in the Octopus that is prohibited and not allowed by Japanese government.

貿易用語：CNF（輸入地指定場所までの輸送費込みの運送人渡し ）
お支払い方法：電信送金による100％前払い。
その他の利用規約と条件：
1.ボイルカットタコの原料は、ダブルスキンのタコでなければなりません。
2.買い手が要求した、もしくは不要なものが内部にある製品があってはいけません。
3.禁止されており、日本政府によって許可されていないタコには、いかなる化学利用はありません。
