Received Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Hello,
I would like to ask for a full refund of this item. Not only did it not list the the power cable was not suitable for UK use, there was also a substantial customs charge of £56 to receive the item. This was a birthday gift and I am told that the motor blew up on the very first use.
This item is unsafe and should not be being sold in the UK. I am utterly furious.
It should be removed from Amazon immediately, and I will be taking this complaint direct to Amazon.

この商品については、全額返金をお願いしたいと思います。電源ケーブルが英国での使用に適していないことの記載がなかっただけでなく、£56 の関税を課されました。 これは誕生日プレゼントとして購入したものですが、初回の使用時に、モーターが壊れたそうです。
この商品は安全でなく、英国国内での販売は許されないはずです。 かなり憤慨しています。
この商品は、アマゾンから至急排除されるべきです。 この件については、直接アマゾンへ申し立てます。
