I was surprised to know that the instructor is a Soba authenticator not usual Soba teacher. I learnt the depth of Soba noodle such as the kinds of Soba, how to see the condition of Soba and how soba is produced. I learnt how to make a dough from Soba powder, and cut it to make noodles step by step.
