さて、前回のメールから一ヶ月がたちましたが、提案書に目を通して頂けましたでしょうか。
もちろん会社としての判断になりますので、安易には回答ができない案件ですが、現状確認でメールいたしました。

Of course the company will make decision so the case is not easy to answer, but I'd like to check current status by this email.
取り急ぎ私が知りたいのは、Norweyにおいての法人設立の形態です。
いくつかの形態があると思います。
「子会社」、「合弁会社」、「資本参加」
どのような形態で設立したのでしょうか。また、日本においてはどの形態での設立が希望なのでしょうか？
それによって私自身の関わり方が大きく変わってきます。
For now I'd like to know in what form company will be established in Norway.
I guess there are several forms.
"Subsidiary", "Joint venture" "Capital participation"
In what form did you establish it? Also, in what form would you like to establish in Japan?
How I get involved depends on that.
私の一番の希望としては、先に提案したプラン1の「私１人での販売」です。
私が株式会社を設立するので（設立当初は手続きが簡単な合同会社で登録するかもしれません）、業務提携とサポートをして頂きたいのです。
もし可能であるならば、資本参加して頂ければ非常に助かります。
個人的には早急に株式会社設立を進めたいと考えています。

My first choice is Plan 1, “selling by myself,” which is suggested earlier.
In this plan, I set up a stock company (I could register a company as LLC as its registration process is easy to set it up), and I want you to form a business alliance with me and provide me with a business support.
If possible, I would greatly appreciate if you could take a stake in it.
Personally, I want to start setting up a stock company immediately.
As was mentioned at the beginning, I know it would not be easy for you to answer as this kind of a matter has to be determined by a company.
Your opinion and question would be appreciated.
