For the price of this time, we cannot do anything if the damage report do not arrive at post office here, as there is a rule that it should be done by receiver side. And unless the reason of not accecpted of the damage report become clear,they said they cannot say anymore. As a another way, if you send back damage report and damaged item to the post office here, then after checking the damage report, and it can be compensate it.

With the price of your product, it is your side of post office which will deal with the issue. The post office of my side cannot proceed to further action as long as they receive the damage report. A staff of my side of post office mentioned they could not answer if you are not sure why the damage report was not accepted on your side's office. Another viable way is you return the broken product together with the damage report to the office of sender's and it might provide compensation depending on the context of the damage report.
