今回の商品の価格だと、受取人側の郵便局にて対応する決まりのようで、こちらの郵便局にダメージリポートが届かなければ何もすることはできないそうです。また、今回のダメージリポートが受理されなかったはっきりとした理由がわからなければ、それ以上答えようがないそうです。別の方法として、ダメージリポートと壊れた商品をこちらの郵便局に送り返してもらえれば、そのダメージリポートの内容次第で補償することはできるようです。

For the price of this time, we cannot do anything if the damage report do not arrive at post office here, as there is a rule that it should be done by receiver side. And unless the reason of not accecpted of the damage report become clear,they said they cannot say anymore. As a another way, if you send back damage report and damaged item to the post office here, then after checking the damage report, and it can be compensate it.
