Wrong item sent. Ordered a marth got a lucina. Pretty simple. Amazon already took care of the replacement. I'm making sure I tell everyone I know not to order from you. Can't get a simple ¥4,964.59 ($40) order right

このアイテムはmarthですが、私が受け取った通り日本ではlucinaになりますと、★を０個にしてもいいくらいです、なぜ正しい注文が通らなかったのでしょうか。
