自由販売証明書について機関に問い合わせたところ、
「食品」なら証明書は発行できるが「食品添加物」なので、証明書は発行できません。
との回答でした。ですので自由販売証明書は発行できませんでした。
当社からは BL、インボイス、パッキングリスト、CFS、ORIGINAL を送りします。

I inquired with the agency regarding the Certificate of free sales, and the answer they gave was while they do issue a certificate for "foodstuff", they do not do that for "food additives". As a result, we were not issued a Certificate of free sales.
We will be sending you our BL, invoice, packing list,, CFS, and original.
