貴社のサービスに対し不満は有りません。何故なら私は今まで、貴社に転送を依頼した事が無いのです。日頃は(転送会社の)US-BUYERを利用していますが、今回、(転送会社の)madbeestが会員募集を行いましたので、そちらに移行させて頂きます。プレミアムから、スタンダードに(アカウントを)変更して下さる、との事ですが、可能であれば是非お願い致します。また、日本語での対応が可能なスタッフを増やすのは合理的かも知れません。

I have no compant against your service, because I have never requested your company for a forwarding service. Generally I use (a forwarding company called) US-BUYER, but I would like to transfer to (another forwarding company called) Madbeest as it recruited new members this time. Regarding your offer for switching my (account) status from Premium to Standard, please do so if possible. Also, it might be reasonable for you to increase Japanese speaking staff.

Although I mostly used US-BUYER, which is a transfer company, I would like to change over to madbeest this time, since the company wanted some members. And I would like you to change my account from premium to standard, if possible as you said. It seems to me that having more staff who can do business in Japanese would be practical.

I don't have any dissatisfaction for your service, because I never used your transfer service. Usually I use US-BUYER (transfer service) but madbeest (also transfer service) had recently recruited new membership so I am thinking to move to it. You mentioned changing my account to standard from premium, if possible, please do so. Also, it might be making sense to increase Japanese speaking staff.
