そのためには、正しい作業標準を作り、作業者の習熟度を上げるしかありません。
そして不幸にして不良が発生したら、これを教訓に作業標準のどこが拙かったのかを真摯に反省し、①発生源の対策、②検出面の対策、③管理上の対策を徹底的に行い、再発防止を講じて頂きたいと思う。
