平成24年7月9日に外国人登録法が廃止されたことに伴い，特別永住者の方にはこれまでの「外国人登録証明書」にかわり「特別永住者証明書」が交付されることとなりました。
お持ちの「外国人登録証明書」については一定期間，「特別永住者証明書」とみなされます。
「外国人登録証明書（みなし特別永住者証明書）」をお持ちの方については，下記の「更新時期」を参照いただき，有効期限までに更新の手続きをお願いします。 2015年7月8日が有効期限の方については，有効期限の直前は大変窓口が混み合うことが想定されますので，できるだけ早めにお手続きをお願いします。

お持ちの「外国人登録証明書」については一定期間，「在留カード」とみなされます。
「外国人登録証明書（みなし在留カード）」をお持ちの方の更新手続きについては，大阪入国管理局で手続きを行う必要があります。

Since the Alien Registration Act was abolished in July 9, 2012, "Special permanent resident certificate" will be issued to the special permanent resident instead of the current "Alien registration certificate".
