平成24年7月9日に外国人登録法が廃止されたことに伴い,特別永住者の方にはこれまでの「外国人登録証明書」にかわり「特別永住者証明書」が交付されることとなりました。
お持ちの「外国人登録証明書」については一定期間,「特別永住者証明書」とみなされます。
「外国人登録証明書(みなし特別永住者証明書)」をお持ちの方については,下記の「更新時期」を参照いただき,有効期限までに更新の手続きをお願いします。 2015年7月8日が有効期限の方については,有効期限の直前は大変窓口が混み合うことが想定されますので,できるだけ早めにお手続きをお願いします。

お持ちの「外国人登録証明書」については一定期間,「在留カード」とみなされます。
「外国人登録証明書(みなし在留カード)」をお持ちの方の更新手続きについては,大阪入国管理局で手続きを行う必要があります。
