1.私達はこれから発送状況を逐一、お客様に連絡が出来るようにシステムを取り入れていきます。
2.そして担当スタッフを雇用します。
3.発送状況に問題があれば迅速に日本郵便と調査していきます。
システム構築とスタッフ増強により顧客サービスの向上に努めていきます。
