医薬品産業における知財活動の指標となる情報の提供を目指し、グローバルに開発販売される医薬品群について、特許ポートフォリオと特許明細書の権利化を解析し、事業活動との関連から考察した。（その１）では、代表的なグローバル医薬品を選抜した上で疾患分野と医薬品特許タイプの両面から関連特許群を解析した。その結果、疾患分野によって医薬品特許タイプごとの出願傾向が異なることや医薬品特許タイプに応じた出願戦略上の特徴等が認められた。
Aiming to offer the information as an indicator of intellectual property-related activities, we studied patent portfolio and how to acquire the right of patent specification of medical supplies group which will be developed and sold globally, and examined them in the aspect of business activities. In the section one, we analyzed relative patents group in the aspects of both an area of disease and pharmaceutical patent types. As a result, it was seen that tendency of an application for each pharmaceutical patent type is various depending on the area of disease, and there are features of application strategy according to pharmaceutical patent types.
