第７条（保証金）
① 本契約に基づく保証金として乙は金10万円を本契約締結と同時に甲に預け入れる。
右保証金には利息はつけないものとする。
② 本件契約の終了の際、建物明け渡しがなされた場合には、乙は甲に対し保証金の償却費として金10万円を支払うものとする。
③ 乙が賃料の支払いを怠った時および第１２条の損害賠償金額の支払いをしない時は、甲は当然に保証金をもってこの弁済に充当することができる。
Article 7 (Deposit)
① The second party deposits 100,000 yen with the first party as a deposit based on the contract on concluding the contract.
The deposit shall not accrue interest.
② When the building is evacuated on the termination of the contract, the second party shall pay 100,000 yen to the first party as the repayment of the deposit.
③ When the second party neglects the payment of rent or does not pay the damages stipulated in Article 12 herein, naturally the first party can appropriate this deposit to the payment.
