５Ｓは、一見儲からないように見えるが、５Ｓの推進によってあらゆる 「ムダ」 が見えてくる。
見えた「ムダ」を改善すれば必ず儲かる。

５Ｓをすると…
5S are positions in which managers strive to be.
Ar first glance, 5S may not seem to be beneficial, but, by 5S' propulsion, you will be able to see all "junk."
Correcting seen "junk" is of course beneficial.
Employees' moral will improve, and claims and poor results will diminish.
The company's image will get better, and there will be more novel works.
Food is on the floor.
Something is left past the expiry date.
The display shelf is dirty.
It is not clear where things are.
Employees' discipline is bad.
Customers don't buy.
Aren't the parts on the floor?
How about the first-in first-out method?
Are the facilities and tools dirty?
Where are you showing the place and the house number?
How about the employees' discilpline?
Will the order come?
