Federal Compliance Terms. Applies to Suppliers paid with federally-sourced funds. Applicability. The terms of this Part 3 apply to the purchase of any goods and services by the University using federally-sourced funds. If Supplier is not otherwise aware of whether the funds are sourced from a federal grant or contract, then Supplier shall inquire of the University. F2. Compliance. All goods and services sold hereunder shall be produced, sold, delivered and furnished in compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to procurement under loans, grants or other financial support of the United States government agency or agencies which have provided that support ("Funding Agency").

本パート３にある条項は連邦政府の資金を使って大学がいかなる物品やサービスを購入する時にも適用される。
サプライヤーがその資金が連邦政府の補助金や契約によるものか知りえないのであれば、サプライヤーは大学に問い合わせなければならない。

この記載に従って売却されるすべての物品とサービスは、融資、補助金もしくはそのほかのアメリカ合衆国の政府機関とその支援を行った機関（資金提供機関と言う）の財政援助による資金調達に適用されるすべての法と規制に従って生産され、売却され、配送され、提供されなければならない。
