次に円を書きます
上の長方形の中心（長さの真ん中）に中で接する円を書いて下さい。
次に縦の長方形の左側のスペースに２等辺三角形を書きます。
三角形は下の長方形の左上の角から書いて、上の長方形の左下の角に接します。
２等辺三角形の高さは上の方へ先ほど書いた円の上側のライン（高さ）と合せます。
次に２つ目の２等辺三角形を上の長方形の右側のスペースに書きます。
先ほど書いた三角形を上下を逆にした逆２等辺三角形を書きます。
三角形の２つの頂点は下と上の長方形の面に接していく

Draw a circle in the middle of the upper rectangle (half the length) that contacts the two sides of the rectangle from inside.
Next, draw an isosceles triangle in the space to the left of the vertically long rectangle.
Draw the triangle starting from the upper left corner of the lower rectangle and must contact the lower left corner of the upper rectangle.
The height of the isosceles triangle must be the same as the upper line of the circle you have already drawn.
Next, draw second isosceles triangle in the space to the right of the upper rectangle.
The isosceles triangle must be upside-down of the triangle you have already drawn.
The two vertexes of the triangles must contact the sides of the upper and the lower rectangle.
