2 organizations of convention, Japan Association of Professional Congress Organizers (JAPCO) and Convention Planners Association of Japan (CPA) were merged on April 1st. The largest convention organization in Japan called "Japan Convention Management Association(JCMA)" was established.
In the new Association, they will increase specialty of those in the industry furthermore as well as discover and educate those in the convention field in the next generation while cooperating with the education institutions. They will also increase the personnel in the field and contribute to reinforcing the competitiveness of MICE on international basis.
By using the slogan "The world moves when people are gathered", they will act as a group of specialists who convey the emotional experiences all over the world.
