仕事の手抜き
工程の進みや加工品の精度などに何ら寄与しない不必要な加工を行う事をいう。
部品や道具の配置が悪いために生じる余分な動作や、作業中に必要な道具を探したり取りに行ったりするムダをいう。仕事がやりにくい原因となる。
不良により加工に要した時間が全くムダになり、生産を阻害してしまう。
不良品が工程内で発見できずに市場に出てしまった場合、不良製品のために失った客の信用は、金で買う事が出来ない。
運搬のムダとは、一時的な仮置きや積み替え、または必要以上の運搬距離により生ずるムダをいう
Negligence at work
This refers to unnecessary processing which does not contribute to the progress of production or precision of the product
This refers to excessive movements occurring from bad placement of parts and tools, also the excessive time in looking for a tool or going to fetch a tool. This lowers the efficiency of work.
Time for adjusting the defects become a waste and bottlenecks the production.
Once a defective product appears on the market, customers' reliance lost by a defective product cannot be bought back by money.
Excessive carriage refers to excessive work occurring form temporary placement, transloading or carriage of unneccesarily long distances.
