事実と違う事を評価に書き込む事はebayのポリシーに違反しないの？
「セラーの態度が悪い」「梱包が悪い」と言った理由であれば、バイヤーが感じた事なので仕方ない
しかしバイヤーは、私の「コミュニケーションが悪かったせいで返送ができなかった」と言っている
これはおかしい
何故なら私が返品を受け入れた時点で、返送をするのにコミュニケーションは必要ないからだ
ebayから返送先の連絡はあるだろうし、いつでもebay上で私の住所は確認できる
だから返送できない理由として、その事を書くのは事実無根だ

If the reasons are "seller has a bad attitude" or "poor packing", that's how buyer felt so there is nothing I can do about it.
However, the buyer is saying my "communication was poor and could not return the item".
This is wrong.
Because as soon as I accepted return, there is no communication needed to return it.
eBay will notify the return address and my address is always available on eBay.
Therefore writing that as a reason of not being able to return is not true.
