2.送料分を除いた48.31ドルの返金
通常は諸経費を5ドル頂きますがそちらはサービスします
再送の場合は正確な住所を教えて下さい

The item was delivered to your designated address but it was returned and I don't know what to do.
Let me suggest 2 solutions.
1. You pay $8 shipping fee and I resend the item
2. I make refund deducting shipping cost which is $48.31
Normally I charge handling fee of $5 but I will waive this.
If you need it resent please let me know the correct address.

I have a copy of delivery slip so it must have been sent out.
I guess you can possibly ask your nearest post office.
