The watch is being held in customs because it did not have the correct value of the contents. The package did have the legend "No commercial value for returned goods" but it was still held at customs. Please advise immediately of actions that need to be taken at our side to speed the delivery of the watch to you. UPS is sending a form to us to fill out and send to customs in Japan.
