日本の郵便局で商品の配送状況を調べました
商品は問題なく配達途中です
ただ、アメリカの一部の州では追跡ができないそうです
※現在システム改善中
また現在、天候の関係で国際郵便が遅れているそうです
通常であれば1ヶ月あれば届きますが
2～3週間遅れているそうです
ご迷惑をお掛け致しますが
私もアメリカの郵便局に追跡調査依頼を出しておりますので
もうしばらくお待ち頂けると助かります

According to the trace result of the item in Japan Post,
the item is being delivered with no problems.
However, tracing is not available in some states of the USA.

And the international post is delayed due to weather condition.
Post delivery has a delay of 2 or 3 weeks, which is usually delivered in a month.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I would be glad if you could wait it for a while as I had already sent a request to trace the item to American Post.
Despite the inconvenience that the item has not delivered, however, I'm going to handle this problem till the end, so you don't have to worry for it.
