→入社後、2週間はＯＪＴやロールプレイング中心の座学の研修を実施しています。
その後2週間は先輩の対応をモニタリングするなどの現場での研修・フォローを実施し、
入社後１カ月後に現場デビューという流れで新人教育を進めています。

--> After a new employee joins our company, we conduct OJT and the training of classroom lecture focusing on the role playing for two weeks.
We will conduct the on-site training and follow-up for two weeks, such as monitoring how the senior employees handle problems.
One month after joining our company, the new employee will go out into the field. This is the flow of the training of new employees.
