工程能力が不足している場合
工程能力が不足している場合は製品ロットの中に不良品が混じるので全数検査を行って不良品を排除しなければならない。
抜き取り検査
同種類の製品、部品、材料の集まりをロットという。
ロットは構成品の集められ方、集める目的によって生産ロット、検査ロット、運搬ロットと呼ばれる。
抜き取り検査とはロットを構成する品物の一部をあらかじめ定められた方式で抜き取って試験を行いその結果を判定基準と比較してそのロット全体の合格、不合格を判定する検査方式である。
