ユーザー評価を高める
他社よりも商品やサービスを高く売るすなわち高い付加価値をつけて売るためには、ユーザーからその商品やサービスが高く評価される必要がある。
高い評価が得られればそれに見合った高い価格で売れる。付加価値を高めるにはユーザーからの評価（満足度）を高める施策が必要です。
しかし、期待以上だと感じた時には満足し、「また次もASに頼もう」と思うのです。継続的に仕事を受注するためには、常に顧客の期待に応える必要がある。

But if the user feels that the service exceeds the expectation, they would be satisfied and think "I'll ask the AS for help next time too." To receive orders consecutively, we always need to live up to the customers' expectations.
