当方のミスなのであれば話は簡単ですが、問題なのはこのズレが生じた原因です。
以下のズレを見ていただければ、Bとして1月に納品した商品が12月の納品情報のAにカウントされていることは明らかです。
また、今回の問題が生じたタイミングは、Bが到着したタイミングと一致します。
これは、Bとして納品された追跡番号がcの商品の所在を調査されれば明らかとなるとおもいます。
納品の状況を再度確認していただけませんか?
