以下のズレを見ていただければ、Bとして1月に納品した商品が12月の納品情報のAにカウントされていることは明らかです。
また、今回の問題が生じたタイミングは、Bが到着したタイミングと一致します。
これは、Bとして納品された追跡番号がcの商品の所在を調査されれば明らかとなるとおもいます。

It would be an easy conversation if it was a miss from our end, but the issue is what's caused the misalignment.
If you look at the following, the product delivered in January as B was apparently being counted in the delivery information of A in December.
In addition, the timing for the problem this time matches the arrival timing of B.
I think the delivery tracking number of B will become apparent if you can check on the whereabouts of c.
