We have received messages regarding a refund from the purchaser many times. I have informed the purchaser a few times that I have immediately refunded for this transaction and Amazon is working on it. However, the purchaser claims that he hasn't received a refund, yet.
I have received an email from Amazon regarding the refund and confirmed online that the refund has been completed.
Would you look into it and explain the detail to the purchaser? It is relatively high amount of transaction (720.44USD). So if the purchaser hasn't received a refund, I totally understand his concerns.
