YOU will pay for return postage to Japan according to the Ebay/Paypal returns procedure.

I no longer wish to receive the correct item as a replacement as I have ordered from elsewhere and do not trust you to send the correct item.

I cannot confirm whether the item you sent me works or not but I am happy to return it packaged once you refund my purchase price (including initial and return postage).
