Please use "เอาเลย" if you intended to sound encouraging, or "ทำๆ ไปเถอะ" if you intended to convey a harsher feeling or even irritation due to the receiver being indecisive. If your "just do it" is not an equivalent of "just get it done / make it happen" and such, please excuse my blunder and choose other translations instead, thank you.
