従いまして、故障された商品は当店に送っていただき、当店からメーカーに修理を依頼することになります。
大変申し訳ないのですが、商品を購入されてから半年近く経過しておりますことから、当店の住所である日本への送料はお客様の負担となります。
修理後、当店からお客様にお送りする送料は当店で負担いたします。
