By signing below, I hereby authorize Cecilio Musical instruments (“Cecilio”) to charge the
above referenced credit card for all purchase orders or drop ship orders. I further
understand and agree that any chargeback dispute fees will be charged to me should I not
recognize Cecilio as a merchant listed on my credit card statement. In the event that I have
agreed to issue another form of payment (Money order or wire transfer) to Cecilio Musical
Instruments does not receive said payment. I authorize Cecilio to charge the invoice
amount, including any finance or delinquent account charges to the above referenced
credit card account. I understand all charges will be in US Dollars.

I agree to provide
Cecilio with prompt and timely written notice of any changes or additional credit card
account numbers to be charged. Drop ship orders are defined as orders placed by anyone
ordering for the above named business, and sent to an address different than the address
of the named business. All orders are shipped at customer's risk if uninsured. Cecilio
assumes no liability for out-of-stock, undelivered or undeliverable items.
我々はCecilio社が何かの変更、追加のクレジットカード口座番号への請求については、迅速にかつ適時に書面にて行うことに同意します。
ドロップシップの注文は上記に記した取引の発注者によって注文時に明確に記されること、且つ上記に記した取引の所在地以外へ発送されること。保険未加入の場合、全ての注文は顧客の責任において発送される。Cecilio社は品切れ、未配達、発送不可能な製品について何の責任も持つことはない。
