There's a problem with the Henckel razor in Los Angeles Customs. I just got off the phone with the USPS here and they told me that you need to go to your post office and fill out an inquiry for this razor. It's basically a form that is for a lost or stolen item. I don't really feel like waiting weeks and weeks for the post office to find this razor so what I would like to do if you can't find this in a hurry is have you send me another one equal to or better than this one I purchased from you? I don't need this exact razor unless it's the nicest one you have? If you have a nicer one and it's more expensive I will gladly pay the difference.

I hate having to wait for things I've paid for and unless you can get me an answer pretty quickly I'd rather just buy another razor and let you take care of this one without me. The second razor you shipped MK33 should be here tomorrow. They tracked that package and it's on schedule to be here in the next day or two.

Is this due to brand name or more to condition?
