I will refund you the $150, but I need to file a claim with UPS to try to get some of my money back.
They need your telephone number to contact you about the damage.
I am only filing a claim for $97 damage because UPS makes it real hard and doesn't pay if a claim is over $100.
Most of the time they pay under $100 without problem.
I will pay you the $150 before I get anything back from UPS.
I just told them that the faceplate is broke & the cost to repair is $97.00.
Again please provide me with your phone number so I can get this claim going.

破損状況をお伺いする為に彼らからご連絡を差し上げられるお客様の電話番号が必要となります。
当方からの申請は破損金額のうち$97となります。それはUPSが$100を超える苦情の場合返金になかなか応じないからです。
ほとんどの場合$100以下であれば問題なく返金されます。
UPSからの返金を待たずにお客様には$150を返金させて頂きます。
UPSには前面のプレートが破損し、修理金額が$97であると伝えたばかりです。
繰り返しになりますが、この申請を進めるためにお客様のお電話番号をお知らせ下さい。
$150の返金は明日になります。
