メーカーに問い合わせてみました。
内蔵されている電池は、ソーラー電池用の二次電池です。
また、この電池は、リチウムイオン電池ではなく、ニッケル水素電池であり、
危険物質ではないとのことです。
有害物質製品の解除について、よろしくお願いします。

The internal battery is a secondary solar battery.
Also, this battery is not lithium, it is a NiCad battery,
and not dangerous.
