保証書
本書は、本書記載内容により無料修理を行うことをお約束するものです。
お買い上げの日から1年間、万一故障が発生した場合は、
当店にe-mailでご連絡ください。
お客様からご連絡がありましたら、当店から故障品の送り先をお知らせしますので、
故障品に本書と商品の送り状を同梱して、当店から指示のある
場所に送ってください。
なお、本書と送り状は大事に保管しておくことをお勧めします。

Warranty Certificate
This certificate is to promise that we will conduct a repair free of charge per the contents described herein.
For 1 year from the day of purchase, if something does go wrong with the product,
please let us know by e-mail.
Once getting a contact from you, we will write you back with the address to send the product for investigation,
so please pack the product enclosing this certificate as well as the invoice from us, and
ship it to the designated address.
It's strongly recommended that you take this certificate and the invoice for safekeeping.
