だから¥24055下記口座に9/12までに振り込んでほしいの。返金用の口座を作ったわ。
そうすればVISAの国際カード会社への調査依頼も取り下げるわ。

The police, the credit card company, and NCAC(National Customer Affairs Center of Japan) has all suggested that I should send back the item when I receive the full refund.
Therefore, I need you to transfer 24,055JPY to the bank account below by September 12, which I have opened for this issue.
That will make me cancel the investigation request towards international credit card company of VISA.
Please contact me as soon as possible, since the investigation date is approaching.
