We checked the reason why the order defect rate this time rose tremendously. and found that loss of the items sent by SAL that has not tracking number we introduced recently is a main reason.
To improve the problem above, we will change the sending system to the system we used in the past from now, and will send by the system where tracking number is added to all the items.
Nos sentimos muy apenados esta vez, de que la tasa de defectos haya excedido un porcentaje que es estándar y que hayamos causado un tremendo inconveniente tanto a clientes como a Amazon.
Revisamos la razón por la cual la tasa de defectos se incrementó desmedidamente, y encontramos que la pérdida de los artículos enviados por SAL que no tienen número de rastreo que introdujimos recientemente, es una razón de peso.
Para compensar el problema descrito arriba, cambiaremos el sistema de envío al sistema que usamos en el pasado, desde ahora, y enviaremos mediante el sistema en el cual el número de rastreo es agregado a todos los artículos.
