本日、商品到着しました。早い対応をありがとうございます。
しかし、到着した商品に複数のの問題点がありました。
まず、商品ページの説明文にはダイヤルのサイズはそれぞれ２５、３０、３３ｍｍと表記されていますが、実際に届いたダイヤルのサイズは２０、２２、３０ｍｍでした。
そのためボームメルシエの裏のフタを開けることはできませんでした。
また、２０と２２ｍｍのダイヤルは取り付け部分のサイズがまったく異なり、ハンドルに取
り付けることすら出来ません。
I have received the tools today. Thank you for your prompt response.
However, the tools had many problems.
First of all, the item description page indicated the dial sizes of 25, 30, and 33 mm respectively; I actually received 20, 22, and 30 mm.
Because of this, I could not open the rear case cover of Baume Mercier.
In addition, the sizes of attaching portions for dials at 20 and 22 mm are totally different, and I cannot attach them even to the handles.
