この度は Defect Rateが基準である1%を超えてしまい、お客様方そしてAmazon様に多大なご迷惑をかけることとなり、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。
今回Order Defect Rateが大きく上昇してしまった理由を弊社で改めて確認したところ、最近導入した、配送管理ソフトでの住所抽出による文字化けにより、配送先住所の不定による商品の紛失が主な原因となっております。

When we looked into the reasons behind the ODR increase at our company, we discovered a problem with the recently purchases delivery software we used. The characters had become garbled, and due to this goods were mis-labelled which was the main cause of them being lost in the post.
