やはりこのパワーアンプは壊れております。
明日、パワーアンプを修理屋に預けて、修理内容の見積もりを作成してもらいます。
見積もり書の作成まで２～３週間といわれました。見積もり書ができるまで、少々お待ちくださいませ。
また修理代金のご返金お願いいたします。

Today I tried to set it up again with another preamplifier, but there was still no sound. I conclude that the power amplifier is defective.
I will pass the power amp to a repairman and ask him to estimate the repair cost tomorrow. He said it takes two or three weeks to estimate, so kindly wait for it. Can you please refund the repair cost after that? I have a lot of trouble with that.
