I have set up your return for the defective book and sent you instructions with a pre-paid FedEx label to send it back to us. Once we see that is it headed back, we will re-ship a replacement. Please know that the label covers shipping from the address the product was shipped to (Sarasota, FL) and will re-ship to that address.
