7/15に発注した商品はまだ届いていないのですが、7/17に発注した商品は既に直送でお客様の所へ届いています。17日より先に頼んだ15日分がまだ届かないというのはどういう事か説明して下さい。
7/15と7/24に発注した商品はもう発送して頂けましたか？いつ発送したか教えて下さい。

Have you had a chance to look at the mail of 25th July? There has been no reply so I was concerned, so I am writing again.
The order of 15th July has not arrived, but the order of 17th July was delivered directly to the customer. Please explain why the goods ordered 17 days ago has not yet arrived.
Have you shipped both the orders of the 15th and the 24th? When will they ship?
