I’m really sorry that this happened to your orders.
I was awaiting your payment because I can’t dispatch an order without leastwise a proof of your payment. As I didn’t send you a PayPal invoice I didn’t have a look on our PayPal account and awaited your money on our normal account.
2 days ago I recognized that you paid via PayPal without my recognition. I’m really apologizing for this mistake.
But I also have to ask you not to pay via PayPal when you didn’t receive a PayPal invoice. You have to ask explicit for a PayPal invoice when it’s your wish to pay this way. Otherwise you’ll get a normal proforma invoice and you have to pay to our normal bank account.

お支払をお待ちしています。なぜなら、少なくともお支払いの証明がないと注文品を発送できないからです。お客様にはPayPalインボイスを送りませんでしたので、当社のPayPalアカウントを見ていませんが当社の通常アカウントへの入金をお待ちしています。
２日前にこちらの知らないうちにPayPal経由で支払いがされていました。ミスがあり申し訳ありません。
ただしpayPalのインボイスを受け取られていないのであればPayPal経由でお支払いをしないようお願いしなくてはいけません。この支払方法をご希望の場合は明示的にPayPalインボイスを請求していただかなくてはなりません。そうでなければ通常のプロフォーマ・インボイスを受け取られ、通常の銀行口座にお支払していただきます。
