アドバイザーは会社に対してどのような商品をどれぐらいの数量仕入れるのかアドバイスを行うものとする。
Remuneration
The parties agree that the company will make payment to the adviser in return to the serve rendered by the adviser, which is 40% of sales margin of the month by the end of the next month.
Providing Know-how of purchasing merchandise
The adviser will provide appropriate advise to the company regarding the kind of merchandise, and the volume for purchase.
