気になるバグは修正されました。評価を変更します。
今後は機能の改善をしてもらえればと思います。
個人的には登録するURLやユーザーのメールアドレス(@以下)やIPでのブロックができたらかなり良いと思います。
日本でも同じようなHPがありますがスパムで利用されることが沢山あります。
ただ個人的な要望なので実装されなくても気にしません。また評価を変更することは2度とありません。

The concerned bug has been corrected. I will revise the review. I hope some functions will be proved in the future.
As my personal opinion, it would be great if the registered URL, users' email address ( below @) , or IP can be blocked.
There are similar websites in Japan as well and they are often used for spams.
However, this is my personal request, and so I won't mind even if it's not realized. Also I will never revise the review.
